It’s okay to stop. Life is super overwhelming, and trying to maintain a “normal” life is quite a struggle to keep up with. But, it is okay to stop. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health and just as important as your to-do list. Take care of yourself.

This is printed on a high quality 270GSM card, the card and printing process gives a lovely texture (which you can see in a close-up picture and can feel with your hands). This is 148mm/14.8m square (that’s the width of an A5 size paper, which is half of the common A4 size).

This orange print was completely hand designed - including the lettering and the swirly background - by Louise Beryl.
